Flexible à la carte or fully taken care of with the gourmet half-board with a vital breakfast for a perfect start to the day and culinary delights with the 4-course evening menu. We are happy to take your personal eating habits and individual menu requests into account. The preparation of vegetarian and low-calorie dishes as well as special menus for diets and food intolerances are a matter of course for us.

Our rich vital breakfast - the perfect start to the day. Every morning we serve you a rich vital breakfast buffet with fresh, seasonal fruit and vegetables, hearty egg dishes freshly and individually prepared. Milk, cheese and sausage products from our rural surroundings, fresh bread from the Ötztal baker and fresh cakes baked daily by our boss - our tasty breakfast specialties from the region leave nothing to be desired.

PLEASURE HALF BOARD

Our gourmet half-board offers the full program of culinary indulgence. Extensive vital breakfast buffet in the morning and gourmet menus in the evening with a starter buffet with hearty soups, crispy salads and Mediterranean antipasti, refined main courses (choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes) and sinfully delicious dessert creations. Buying is regional and of the highest quality. Our kitchen chef Marco attaches great importance to renewing the culinary offer regularly and seasonally.

That's why it's important to him to bring the Ötztal and our homeland of Tyrol to the table. Real Tyrolean cuisine - freshly cooked with local products - that's how we understand culinary art. For us, regionality also means original cooking. That is why our menu is regularly changed seasonally. Asparagus in spring, chanterelles in summer and pumpkins in autumn. Pleasure completely natural.
